Original4 is a Real Estate Consulting & Construction Project Management firm that delivers complex construction projects on behalf of residential owners and developers. We specialize in luxury residential including new builds, major renovations and optimizing single-family properties through new California housing regulations.
We bring expertise working on projects that are differentiated and best-in-class. We help our clients build spaces that evoke a distinctive experience while vigilantly managing schedules and budgets. We minimize the inherent risk in construction by building the right team for your specific project, proactively anticipating issues upfront, and crafting creative solutions to difficult problems.
Our team has the knowledge and network to deliver best-in-class luxury residences, working with award-winning architects and AD100 interior designers to create distinctive, high-end homes. We also support all property owners and developers in maximizing the value of their single-family homes through strategic ADU development and SB9 lot splits, helping them generate income and build long-term equity.
Finally, as a minority and woman-owned firm, we understand the many challenges with underrepresentation and aim to achieve the full potential for our clients, the community, and ultimately, for the end users.
With a foundation in the tech industry, our owner brings a deep understanding of how to apply technology strategically to improve outcomes at every stage of a project. We embrace innovation to push what’s possible in residential construction—integrating modular building systems, sustainable materials, and digital project management platforms to increase speed, quality, and efficiency. We stay well-versed in the latest PropTech and Construction technology tools, from permitting automation to AI-enabled design.
We are also at the forefront of implementing new California housing policies, including SB9 and ADU regulations. We've completed multiple ADUs and are actively managing several SB9 lot split projects, helping clients unlock value from their properties while navigating complex entitlement and permitting processes.
